Pin
Object pivots around a pin
placed in a specific location that will dictate the movement of the
object. Depending on the
location of the pin, the object will have the ability to rotate as much
as 360 degrees.

Pulley
Object is hoisted by cables that are
attached to pulley system. A
counter balance is used to compensate for the weight of the
object. Depending on the number
of pulleys being used will determine the amount of weight necessary to
counter balance the object.

Slide
Object will be attached to wheels and
placed on a track and allowing it to slide forward and reverse. The sliding motion on the track will
be powered by gears and a motor.
