The Smiths residences decided to build an addition to their existing house. In the new addition they would like to have a master bedroom with master bath, family room and gym. Also as a requirement is to create an outdoor area (balconies, decks)

As a center point of the new addition is family room with curved glass wall and high ceilings ( the same as we have in the living room in the existing house). It is a place for the family gatherings with a beautiful view to the ocean. Family room connected with the existing house with round shape structure and glass walls hallway.

Bedroom has a large glass window exposed to the ocean. Family room has a balcony with open to above. Through this balcony we can enter the bedroom. On the roof in the different levels appears green roofs, contemporary landscaping and recreational area. To create a formal outdoor area was a requirement of our clients.
