Meta Idea
For my meta idea I chose a star. The top point of the star will face true north.
Hierarchy And Existing Systems Used For Transformation
I want to keep the living room as the most important in the ranking. The new master bedroom will remain on the private side of the house, but will be expanded to the owner’s wishes. The space behind the dining room will be turned into a family room. A datum will be used to help define the areas that are public and private. This idea is also shown in the windows that are used on the different sides of the datum. The new additions will continue with the idea of the additive and subtractive spaces along with the sense of enclosure.
