The research that I did was on the Kimbell Art museum in Fox worth, Texas by Architect Louis
Kahn. What is interesting with this museum is that Kahn cuts out slits in his
walls to let the light in and bounce of the walls which then illuminate the
inside of the building and sets a mood.
He also cuts out slits in the ceiling of
his buildings and has reflective panels to reflect the light on the curved
surface of the ceiling which then light up the inside of the building bright
enough so that people can look at art work or read texts, but without having
direct sunlight shining at them.
