1. Conceptual Ideas

Narrative:

My client would like make an extension to the existing Smith House. He loves his family so he values the family room as the most important place in the house. They will spend most of their time in the family room so the family room will be larger and more functions than other rooms. The client also wants to have an outdoor area so he and his family can enjoy the view of long island sound while they are having outdoor activities. So the outdoor area will be the second important place in the house. Other than that, the client also wants to upgrade their master bedroom, he would want to have a master bathroom so it would be more convenience and a walk in closet in their room so they could have a place to store more clothes. He also want to add an exercise room in his house so he could train himself while he is at home.
