RESEARCH-

- The Smith family is looking to add an extension onto their home. They could use the extra space and are in need of a change. The extension will have a very nice Master Bedroom with a Master Bathroom, a Family Room so everyone can get together and spend time with eachother. A nice Outdoor Area so they can spend time with eachother while being able to enjoy the outdoors. An Exercise Room will be added also to keep the family active.

- The Smith family recently went on a vacation, and stayed in a beach house. After the week of staying at the beach house they realized that they liked the feel and looks of the house. So they decided to put an extension on their house of a beach house “like” feel. They wanted to wake up every morning and be able to over look the water as if they were still on vacation. So their master bedroom over looks the water with a balcony they can get to from their bedroom.
