Conceptual analysis

The narrative:

He is athletic, likes to practice sport. He cannot imagine himself living in a place where there is no water view. He enjoy setting and looking to the water and getting a sunny view with his family as if they were in a cinema theater more than anything else.

He likes to play with his kids in front of the house.

He is ok with sharing his exercise room with his wife and kids.

Ranking:

The house: Most important→ Family room (theater shape).

Sorting:

The house: Public → Family room (siting + movies)

Master bedroom (private)

Exercise room (work out)

The outdoor area → Public + play

Connection:

I am going to use a joint connection and probably a datum.

Existing system:

1) Use the column-header structure support.

2) Use the glass view to the water.

3) Have a connection between the two circulation systems (stairs for latitude circulation and horizontal for leveled one).

Meta-idea:

Make the family room look like a theater.
