In this
design I decided to stack all rooms on top of the family room in trying to
follow the line of columns.

I kept more of a flat look and tilting the entire addition towards the water.

In this
design I attempted to make everything form a Chinese fan looking object.
Final
Decision: In the end I decided to go with a combination of design #1
and #2. It has the rooms stacked together and also tilts towards the water to
give it a great view.
