Narrative

 

The Smith house has been bought by a new owner. This owner is an incredible painter, and painting has been his passion ever since his been 8 years old. He wants to add an addition master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, family room, gym and deck. He wants his master bedroom to have an incredible view of the water. Also, for the master bedroom to be next to the gym for his early morning workouts. He wants his master bedroom to be unique and be the most important room of the house.

Conceptual analogy

When adding the requested rooms, I used a joint connection with the existing house. I used the same column structure that the original house had already, and also used the same walls to construct the additional rooms and to show the structure.
