Project 2: Contextual Fit
Objective: The objective of this project is to
design an addition for an existing home, while maintaining the main concepts of
the design and continuing existing patterns.
Narrative: A new family has bought the Smith
house. The family is made up of a father, mother, and two children. They want
to add an addition to the house. The father really enjoys spending time with
his family and wants to add a big family room. Also the father wants a nice
outdoor area as he enjoys the outdoors and wants to enjoy the view of the Long
Island Sound.
