The Thomsons are looking to add an addition onto the existing Smith House. The family owns a restaurant on the beach. The mother and father work full time at the restaurant every day. The whole family enjoys working and spending time at the beach. The most important room the family is looking to add onto their house is a family room. They love spending time together with family and friends. The family would also like to add a gym to the house so they can work out during their free time. The last thing the family needs is a new master suite that includes walk in closets and a master bathroom. They want to make sure the gym is not on the same floor as the master suite because they want their bedroom to be quiet and private.
