A newlywed couple is looking for a small family residence that is fit for three people. The most important aspect of their house is their living room. The family loves to entertain their many friends and host parties when watching a sporting event. The wife, a stay at home mother, loves to cook for her family. She currently has a small kitchen and wants a new spacious kitchen where she can cook and entertain guests. The wife also wants her daughter’s bedroom adjacent to hers. Her daughter is young and she wants to be able to keep an eye on her. The husband, a painter, needs a private studio with a bathroom in order to show case his work to his clients. He would like to studio to have an entry foyer for greeting his guests. e He The family is also in need for a garage to protect their new car. The family needs a guest room and bath for the grandparents who like to come and stay with the family on weekends and holidays. The family needs storage for their clothes and other house hold products. If possible the parents would like a private bath attached to their master suite. The house is the most important piece of the property. They want a spacious living area where they can entertain guests comfortably. The dining room must fit a table and at least six chairs for friends and family. The family likes to enjoy Sunday dinner together with the grandparents.
