Location:

The Location was chosen because the site was created for a building housing the original dormitories. It is between the new dormitories and educational building making it convenient and practical.

Circulation:

The new building fits right into the current circulation path.

Orientation:

The new chapel is faced toward Whitman hall which is right across the Mall from the new chapel. The buildings Memorial and Meditation rooms are oriented East to West to captor light from the sun.
