Le Corbusier:

Notre-Dame-du Haut

In Le Corbusier chapel he used this massive curved wall with all different size cut outs in them

and in every cut out there was a different color stained glass that had different writing in them. Next

to the curved wall and on the other side of it there are this tower that has a slot in the middle of the to

allow light to shine through and also beneath the slot there are rows of window that also allow light to

come in. All of these light factors give the building its own perspective and atmosphere and helps to

identify that it’s a chapel.
