Narrative

The owner of Smith house requests to add an extension to their house on the shore of Long Island Sound.

The original house designed and built 50 years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Smith need more space for new family room, master bedroom with master bathroom,

outdoor balcony space, and new trendy exercise room. They want the family room to be the most important space for family quality time with their 3 children.

And also they love to watch the view of the sea from indoor and outdoor space together.

They want to put big outdoor baloney where is easy to access from family room and master bedroom. The Owner specifically request that the integrity

of the original design be respected which designed in 1965 by architect Richard Meier.
