private/private and structure.
Narrative:
David

Architect Richard Meier. His needs are different from the original design that
exist. In addition he wants to keep original integrity of the house, but also
wants the new addition arrangement to have its own identity. David has
requested a duplex arrangement with a master bedroom, master bath, an exercise
room, and a family room. Lastly, David is a dedicated outdoors man loves nature
hiking, hunting and also fishing, in addition to bird watching, and a view overlooking
the water. However, David family orientated. He also has interest in health and
fitness. Which is why he requests an exercise room, so he does not need to
worry about his health down the road.
