Narrative:

The client for this addition project has a growing family. They would like to divide the lower level of the existing house so that their oldest son can

Move to the lower level (apartment). He also wants a Gym, some outdoor space (balconies, decks), and he would like to incorporate a modern

Master bedroom with a master bathroom that has an outdoor feeling but still is maintained private. Last but most important, they would like a

bigger social area.
